The rotating menu at East Cooper Meals on Wheels features a diverse and flavorful selection of entrees and sides. The meals are chef-prepared in the Zucker Family Production Kitchen – no cafeteria food here! Meals are created in partnership with MUSC’s dietetic interns to prioritize protein and fiber while remaining low in fat and sodium. On a recent survey, recipient’s rated our Asian Pork Loin meal as their favorite, which includes brown rice, stir-fry veggies, and mandarin oranges. It’s a meal that is delicious AND good for you, because we believe that Food is Medicine!
