“A Meal to Remember” Gala and Auction Menu Items Announced

On Thursday, April 11, we will celebrate “A Meal to Remember” with some of the very chefs that make Charleston known for its cuisine. Presented by Motley Rice, the 14th annual event is at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms at 6:30 p.m. and includes an energetic live and silent auction.

Here is a sampling of what guests will taste from amazing chefs:

English pea & house-made pancetta salad, truffle vinaigrette, roasted local mushroom grits, chicken chicharonnes, & DBK Farms micro leeks
