Giving Back in Charleston this Holiday Season

East Cooper Meals on Wheels delivers over 400 meals daily to homebound neighbors in the Lowcountry. Recipients will receive a hot, midday meal at their door every weekday. They work especially hard during the holiday season to ensure that no neighbor is forgotten or hungry. East Cooper Meals on Wheels relies on volunteers to help prepare and deliver meals.
