Has your doctor recommended nutritional drinks? Even if you don't receive meals from us, we can provide a monthly supply (30 bottles) of Ensure or Glucerna at no cost to anyone who is homebound. We offer a variety of flavors, and if you ever have additional nutritional needs, we can provide meals for lunch and dinner, shelf-stable breakfast items, and fresh fruit at no cost as well.
Who Qualifies?
- Anyone who is homebound and has difficulty preparing their own meals OR whose nutritional needs extend beyond what our meals provide OR who find it difficult to consume solid foods
- Must reside in Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island, Cainhoy, or Wando OR be temporarily residing in a local hotel for recovery and recurring medical appointments following hospital discharge
- You DO NOT have to receive meals to qualify for nutritional drinks!
