Did you know that East Cooper Meals on Wheels offers a monthly supply to anyone who is homebound and living in 29464, 29466, 29451, 29482, or 29492? You don’t even have to be part of their meal delivery program! Who can this help? People who are recovering from severe illness, people who can’t consume a diet of solid food, and even people in the care of hospice. Call (843) 881-9350 to sign up or make a referral!
