Can the Holidays Really Be Healthy?

Tuesday, November 5th at 5:00-6:30pm

MUSC Health East Cooper Medical Pavilion
Top Floor Garden Room and Patio
1600 Midtown Avenue
Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Several years ago, we started our “Food Is Medicine” initiative and it has really become a big part of what we do!   The benefits of a better diet are undeniable, but taste vs nutrition is always up for debate.

With this, we are partnering with our friends at the MUSC Wellness Programs and local chefs to help make your holidays taste great and promote good health at the same time!   Stop by November 5th for a glass of wine, cooking demonstrations, and expert advice from the “experts”!

Our event will showcase how to prepare delicious and nutritious holiday meals using seasonal fall vegetables. You will learn practical cooking techniques, discover new recipes, and gain insights into the health benefits of incorporating more vegetables into your holiday feasts.
