Stress is bad, right? Well, a growing body of research shows that it actually doesn’t have to be. While stress is unavoidable, learning to recognize our personal stress signals and developing practical ways to respond is proven to mitigate the negative impacts of stress. Even more intriguing, by looking at your problems through a different lens, you’re slowly teaching yourself to be more resilient when you face adversity.
