Featured Speaker: Elaine Krug, Retired Professor, MUSC College of Nursing
As we age, most of us experience forgetfulness every once in awhile – it’s a normal part of aging. Some people experience more significant cognitive changes than others, and sometimes those changes are indicative of a serious brain disorder. Join us for a presentation that will help us better understand the difference between forgetfulness and dementia, as well as how nutrition plays a role in keeping our brains healthy!
Get ready to learn:
- The differences between “normal” forgetfulness and a serious memory problem
- What’s the distinction between dementia and Alzheimer’s?
- The best foods to prevent memory loss
The learning series will take place via Zoom – we’ll email you all the details for connecting approximately 24 hours ahead of time. Simply register below!
